1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the services.

If you use Shebione on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Services

Shebione provides access to AI-powered tools designed to support business communication, customer inquiries, lead capture, appointment requests, and related business processes.

Services may include:

• A product demo
• A free trial
• Business onboarding
• AI Telegram bot configuration
• Customer inquiry handling
• Lead capture
• Appointment or booking-related functionality
• Subscription-based access
• Related automation and support features

Features may change, improve, or be updated over time.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.

3. Free Trial

Shebione may provide a 14-day free trial unless otherwise clearly stated.

No credit card is required to begin the standard free trial unless different terms are clearly disclosed before the trial begins.

The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

At the end of the free trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the service.

If you do not select a paid plan, access to the trial service may end automatically when the trial expires.

Trial features, usage, availability, or functionality may be limited compared with paid services.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid subscription plans may be offered on a monthly, 6-month, or annual billing basis.

Current pricing and billing terms will be displayed before you purchase a subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

If you choose a subscription that renews automatically, the renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee according to the selected billing cycle until you cancel the subscription.

Prices may change in the future. Any applicable pricing changes will apply according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase or renewal.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription before the next renewal date.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Cancellation stops future automatic renewals
• Access may continue until the end of the already paid billing period
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable
• Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for unused time in a paid billing period

The free trial does not require cancellation to avoid automatic payment because the standard free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

6. User Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts, credentials, Telegram bots, access links, API tokens, or other authentication information associated with your use of Shebione.

You must not knowingly provide access credentials to unauthorized persons.

You are responsible for activities performed through accounts and integrations under your control.

If you believe your account or connected service has been compromised, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Telegram Bot Connection

Some Shebione features require you to create and connect a Telegram bot.

You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining your Telegram bot
• Following Telegram's terms and policies
• Providing a valid bot token when required
• Protecting your Telegram credentials
• Ensuring that your use of Telegram complies with applicable laws and platform requirements

Shebione may rely on Telegram's systems and APIs. Telegram service interruptions, restrictions, API changes, or other third-party issues may affect the availability of Shebione features.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shebione only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the services to:

• Send spam or unauthorized bulk communications
• Engage in fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit others
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the services
• Circumvent service limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the services are being misused.

9. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the business information, instructions, content, materials, and other data that you provide to Shebione.

You grant Shebione a limited right to process, transmit, store, and use that information as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and operate the services
• Configure your AI bot
• Process customer inquiries
• Provide requested automation
• Maintain and secure the services
• Troubleshoot problems
• Improve service performance

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide information submitted through your account or business.

10. Customer and Lead Information

Your AI bot may collect information from your customers or potential customers, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service requests, appointment information, and other inquiry details.

You are responsible for determining whether your collection and use of customer information complies with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

Shebione processes such information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

11. AI-Generated Content

Shebione uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with responses.

AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your business and for reviewing important information before relying on it.

Shebione should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice in areas such as legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional services.

You remain responsible for business decisions made using information generated through the service.

12. Third-Party Services

Shebione relies on third-party services and platforms that may include:

• Telegram
• AI service providers
• Cloud hosting providers
• Database services

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.

• Your subscription expires or remains unpaid
• You use the service for illegal or abusive activity

You may stop using the service at any time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shebione services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated responses will always be accurate
• Every customer inquiry will result in a lead or sale
• The service will meet every business requirement
• Third-party platforms will remain continuously available

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shebione will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

This may include loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, customers, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Shebione services will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements by a court or other authority having proper jurisdiction.
