Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

This Refund Policy explains the refund and cancellation terms that apply to paid Shebione subscriptions.

Shebione offers a free 14-day trial before a customer chooses whether to purchase a paid subscription. No payment is required to begin the standard free trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

1. Free Trial

Shebione may provide a 14-day free trial unless otherwise stated.

The standard free trial:

• Does not require a credit card
• Does not automatically convert into a paid subscription
• Does not result in a charge when the trial expires

At the end of the trial, you may choose whether to purchase a paid Shebione subscription.

If you do not purchase a subscription, your trial access may end automatically.

Because no payment is collected for the standard free trial, there is no payment to refund when the trial ends.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Shebione may offer paid subscription plans billed:

• Monthly
• Every 6 months
• Annually

The applicable price and billing period are shown before you complete your purchase.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing terms presented during checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

3. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Paid Shebione subscriptions are processed through Paddle.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its payment platform and is responsible for processing payments, applicable taxes, transaction documentation, and eligible refunds.

Refund and cancellation requests may therefore also be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

4. Refund Eligibility

Except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable policies, or otherwise expressly agreed, payments for completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable.

However, a full or partial refund may be provided where appropriate, including situations such as:

• An accidental duplicate charge
• An incorrect amount being charged
• A verified technical or billing error
• A payment made without proper authorization, subject to verification
• Failure to provide the purchased service due to a problem attributable to Shebione
• Circumstances where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund
• Other cases approved by Shebione or Paddle after review

Eligibility for a refund depends on the circumstances of the transaction and any mandatory legal rights that apply to the customer.

5. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Customers in certain countries or regions may have statutory rights to cancel a digital service purchase or request a refund within a specified period.

Where such rights apply, they remain unaffected by this Refund Policy.

For transactions processed by Paddle, eligible withdrawal and refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing paid subscription before the next renewal date.

Cancellation generally:

• Prevents future subscription renewals
• Does not normally reverse a payment that has already been completed
• Allows access to continue until the end of the already paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated
• Does not normally provide a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period

Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable Paddle refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual Plans

The same general refund principles apply to all Shebione subscription plans.

Monthly Plan:
Cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal. The current paid month generally remains active until the end of the billing period.

6-Month Plan:
Cancellation prevents the next 6-month renewal. The current paid 6-month period generally remains active until the end of that billing period.

Annual Plan:
Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal. The current paid annual period generally remains active until the end of that billing period.

Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or believe that a payment was made incorrectly, please contact:

support@shebione.com

Please include sufficient information to identify the transaction, such as:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The approximate transaction date
• The subscription plan
• A brief explanation of the reason for the request

Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, Telegram bot tokens, or other sensitive credentials by email.

For purchases processed by Paddle, you may also request assistance or a refund through the Paddle customer support and customer portal options provided with your transaction.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may depend on Paddle, the payment method, the customer's bank, and other financial service providers.

Shebione cannot guarantee the exact time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account after it has been processed.

10. Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction is incorrect, we encourage you to contact Shebione or Paddle before initiating a chargeback so that the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to you through your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, billing practices, payment providers, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
